Our project in Guanacaste Costa Rica is ready for development. The Loma has its own pressurized water infrastructure system with Asada water macrometer and drilled well shared with the neighbor. (We only use Asada water currently.) We have 13,200 gallons of retention. It has underground electrical service with multiple transformers for further development. Free of liens and mortgages. The property has a certified appraisal. The project can be further developed as residential or commercial.

The farm is the agricultural aspect of our project. It has 216,209.42 square meters of fenced private pasture land. There are three wells, 1 perforated and two artisanal.The farm has the capacity to feed the residents of the project. We plan to raise 25 beef cows, 10 sheep, 30 chickens (on rotational grazing), and grow the desired vegetables. We currently have 5,000 tilapia, 100 fruit trees, and the greenhouse is producing beneficial bacteria which will help to build healthy soil throughout the farm. This farm can be also used for education and agricultural tourism. Get back to nature with agricultural tourism activities including fruit picking, milking cows, and learning about sustainability.
